1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, rentals and listings made through the Innovys marketplace operated by Innovys GmbH, Industriestrasse 47, 8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms in the version published at the time of your order.
2. Role of the marketplace
Innovys operates a platform that connects buyers with independent professional sellers of test and measurement equipment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase or rental contract is concluded between you and the respective seller. Innovys is not a party to that contract but facilitates payment, communication and dispute support.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep your credentials confidential. Business accounts may add members and define roles and approval rules. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Offers, orders and payment
Listings reference canonical model records; the seller is responsible for the accuracy of condition, calibration and accessories stated in their offer. Prices are shown in CHF excluding VAT unless marked otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment providers; for invoice purchases the payment terms stated at checkout apply. TWINT payments are limited to CHF 5,000 per transaction.
5. Rentals
Rental periods, daily rates and deposits are shown per item before checkout. The deposit is authorised at checkout and released after all items are returned and inspected. You must return items with the prepaid label by the agreed date; late returns are charged at the daily rate.
6. Returns and warranty
Unless stated otherwise in the offer, purchases benefit from a 14 day return window and the warranty period indicated by the seller. Return shipping conditions are shown on your order page. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability
Innovys is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract and excludes indirect damages and loss of profit, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules and the CISG. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
