Every listing points to a canonical model record in the Innovys catalogue. Sellers add condition, price and photos, but bandwidth, channels and sample rate come from the shared spec sheet, so filters and comparisons are always apples to apples.

New means unused and in original packaging. Refurbished means inspected, repaired where needed and tested to the manufacturer’s specification. Grade A is fully working with light cosmetic wear; Grade B is fully working with visible marks. Every grade is set against the same checklist, whoever the seller is.

Yes. Every order is insured for its full sale price from the moment the seller hands it to the carrier until it is delivered. If something arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours and the claim is handled by Innovys, not by you.

Yes. Add the instruments to your cart and choose “Request a quote” in the order summary, or select several rows in a product list. Each seller replies with a price for their items, and you can accept the quotes separately.

Payment is held by Innovys until the buyer confirms delivery or the 14-day window passes without a claim. The payout, minus the commission, is then sent to the seller’s Swiss bank account within three working days.
